La Buonora Desarrollos uses the information you submit through this website to answer inquiries, arrange visits and send you information about the projects or opportunities you requested.
Information we collect
We may receive your first and last name, email, telephone or WhatsApp number, postal address —street, number, city, country and postal code—, project of interest, message and technical attribution data such as the landing page or campaign parameters. The Assistant stores a random browser key to keep the conversation thread; this key does not establish your identity.
Use and retention
We use the postal address and other information solely to manage your inquiry and the requested commercial contact. The information is added to La Buonora Desarrollos’ commercial system and is available only to authorized team members. It is retained for as long as needed to manage the commercial relationship and comply with legal obligations.
Website analytics
We store random visitor and session keys together with page views, project pages, scroll milestones, submitted forms, presentation requests and downloads, and WhatsApp clicks. These events help us measure and improve the website and do not include your name, email, telephone number, messages or IP address. We also use Google Analytics (the same tag previously installed on lbd.com.uy) to understand how the website is used.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time, by writing to info@labuonora.com.
Security and third parties
We do not sell your information. Technical providers involved in hosting or sending communications act solely to provide those services. We apply access controls and reasonable safeguards to protect the information.
